Mississippi State baseball, led by first-year Head Coach Brian O’Connor, opened the 2025–26 season before a record opening day crowd of 12,824 on Friday [Feb. 13]. The Bulldogs capped the weekend with a three-game sweep of Hofstra University, finishing the series with a Saturday doubleheader. MSU returns to Dudy Noble Field on Tuesday [Feb. 17] at 4 p.m. to face Troy University, followed by a matchup against Alcorn State University on Wednesday.
