Mississippi State Extension hosts Watermelon Field Day Wednesday [June 22] at the R.R. Foil Plant Science Research Center, commonly known as North Farm. Funded by the USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service, MSU Extension welcomed vegetable growers, agricultural professionals, MSU staff and faculty and plant science students to observe different growing styles and watermelon varieties.
