MSU’s Department of Food Science, Nutrition and Health Promotion will be conducting sensory panels on Tuesday, Sept. 24, from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. There will be three (quarter sized) Grilled Chicken Sandwich samples in this test. There will be tomatoes, lettuce, and honey mustard on the sandwich samples.
We will need 100 panelists. The Panel will be open from 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. or until we reach 100 panelists. The panels will be held in the James Garrison Sensory Evaluation Laboratory (945 Stone Blvd), behind the Herzer building on the side of the building closest to the football stadium:
Participants can sign up for the time slots on each day via the link below. Walk-Ins are welcomed, but reservations are recommended and preferred. If you choose to walk in or cannot make it on time on your signed-up slot, please patiently wait until the next available slot.
Also, we have reserved four parking spots for each day in front of the Garrison Sensory Lab for your convenience. There will be free soft drinks and/or snacks after you complete the taste panels.
