Starting Monday [Feb. 1], access to the parking lot between the IED Building and Herbert Hall, as well as the large gravel lot behind the IED building, will only be open for construction traffic.
All commuters and staff will need to park in the open Commuter East and Staff parking to the north and south of Herbert Hall and the IED Building.
This closure is due to the construction of Bulldog Way on the east side of campus and the construction of a paved parking lot behind the IED Building.
It is very important that pedestrians and vehicles proceed with caution due to the high volume of large vehicles and equipment working in the area.
These improvements are scheduled to continue through the spring and summer semesters and be ready for use in the fall.
