MSU returns to normal operations after bomb threat investigation

STARKVILLE, Miss.—Mississippi State is returning to normal operations this afternoon after a bomb threat impacted campus, causing evacuations of the Cullis Wade Depot, including Barnes & Noble Bookstore, as well as Bost Extension Center.

After a diligent search by MSU Police, including canine assets, MSU is declaring “all clear” and returning to normal operations.

The university will issue a more comprehensive response later today. MSU is one of several higher education institutions plagued with bomb threats.
