Mississippi State’s Employee Assistance Program is rebranding from LifeWorks to TELUS Health.
In the next few weeks, the EAP website and mobile app will be transitioned to the new brand and name, TELUS Health One. You can now use www.one.telushealth.com to access the EAP platform.
The current app, phone numbers, links and login details will continue to work but will redirect to the TELUS Health One brand. The toll-free number, username and password are not changing.
With the TELUS Health One app, members can access the EAP with just one tap, toll-free, 24/7 for expert advice, resources, and support for mental, physical, social and financial health.
