The Tracy Drive entrance to Bell Island will close at noon Dec. 20 and reopen 5 p.m. Dec. 23 as workers remove a tree in the area.
Drivers can access the Bell Island area by accessing the George Perry Street entrance between the Chapel of Memories and the historic YMCA Building.
